Above is the “good news,” the following is the “bad news. “They” (management) must delight in making the residents’ lives uncomfortable. Yesterday afternoon, “They” shifted the tables in the dining room, and folks were forced (at supper) to sit in “foreign” locations. The same residents/friends were still sitting together, but in a uniquely different location. When the dining room was remodeled (many months ago),
“They” replaced caster chairs with those that do not roll. It is a struggle to move the dining chair up to and away from the table. “They” demonstrate that our only value is the money they can extract from us. If we are sick and can’t get to the dining room, they charge $12.00 to deliver a meal to our room.
