True story, but rather complicated, and the reader would get lost in the narrative. Long story short: Monday afternoon, January 12th, a very peculiar incident “killed” my computer monitor. I tried a dozen times to reboot the computer and get the monitor to display information—to no avail. For several hours, I had a “pity party” because I could not spend time on my computer. About nine in the evening, I had an
OMG revelation. If I didn’t get back on the computer before noon on January 15th, two scheduled blog messages would publish informing my readers that I was saying “farewell,” and I was now in the arms of Jesus. I prepared those blog messages years ago, and I reschedule them each month. I hadn’t changed the date; they would publish on January 15th at noon.
PRAISE THE LORD, I had a second monitor in my “storeroom,” and “faster than a speeding bullet,” I swapped one for the other. PRAISE THE LORD, the second monitor responded immediately.
