How much does it cost Asher Point to send an advertisement to a multitude(?) of email addresses? This email arrived in my email inbox. (Click that link.)
Personally, I would like Asher Point to spend money on healthy food for the one hundred (more or less) senior citizen residents. I wish we had an adequate number of Staff employees. On the third floor (my floor), we went for three months without “housekeeping” services. We have not enjoyed a bus driver since June. “They” constantly have contractors remodeling the units when a resident moves out. “They” remodel very comfortable apartments so “they” can charge more money for that unit. We constantly have new charges and rent increases. I could list the names of residents who were forced to move because they didn’t have enough income to pay for the rent increase. I could list the names of residents who have moved from (example) one-bedroom to a studio, or two-bedroom to a one-bedroom. In our laundry room, we had a problem with the washing machines for months. Residents have told me they, too, have problems with the washers or dryers (on their floor). There are several additional measures that could be taken to enhance the comfort of the residents. We are in our “sunset years,” and we moved to Asher Point anticipating the features they document in web advertisements. True story: Features do not match the advertisement.
