Too much caring?

It is my hope, and prayer, that I will continue “downsizing” toward the eventual “bare bones” appearance in my apartment. Currently, it is overcrowded with “wall-to-wall” memorabilia. Plus, an unbelievable collection of accessories for a variety of costumes.

The residents are already laughing when they hear that I will be a “Care Bear” at the end of the month. (I’m intentionally not referring to the “Trick or Treat” event by name.) Putting a smile on the faces of the residents is high on my priority list.

To answer your question: “Yes,” the shower stool is available if a resident needs it. It looks brandnew, but I rescued it from the dumpster. (I believe in recycling, and I grieve when I see “good stuff” in the dumpster. Most of the time, I can’t reach the items.) On the wagon, there is a brandnew pair of twin-size white sheets, a very small-sized electric fan, and two new canes. The month is young, more things for the wagon as the days go by.
