Labor Day greetings

As I’ve stated previously, I seldom leave my room. However, I need to eat “twice in a while.”  Breakfast is a good choice for me because I have oatmeal, fruit, prunes, and two poached eggs. One resident questioned why I was wearing the hat. I said, “for the patriotic holiday.”  He replied, “it isn’t a patriotic holiday, it is a labor day, a work day.”  So I plan to “labor” rather than “climb trees.” ~~ They do not show up in the picture, but there are tiny sparkling lights on the hat. ~~
