“Orange” phone may be a “lemon”?

More than three weeks endeavoring to get my cell phone service transferred from the “old” Googe Fi  “smart phone” to a Consumer Cellular “simple for Seniors”  flip phone. Day before yesterday, hours on the phone, and the Internet, trying to resolve the conflict. I’ll spare you the details. Consumer Cellular set up an appointment (for me) at our nearby Target. I was there for a couple of hours (yesterday) and the alleged “technical” person at Target was on the phone with the alleged “technical” people. BUT, I now have to confess that I am “stupid, stupid, stupid” when it comes to a simple phone. That was my mantra with the smartphone.
