The new (used) bed is comfortable. Now I conjecture the air mattress bed was not the reason I didn’t get a good night’s sleep. Last night, computer off at seven, the television off at nine. Asleep shortly after nine but awake before twelve. I took two Melatonin gummies but they never “put me to sleep.” At two o’clock, one tablet identified as “Deep Sleep Support” plus Dr. Teal’s Sleep Spray with Melatonin and Essential Oils (on my pillow). Periodically, I checked the clock and can state that it was after five before I fell asleep. I was wide awake at 7:25. (I was jotting down the time and item so this blog message would be accurate.) Additionally, every night, all night, I have a “sound machine” with soothing “nature” sounds.
“NEWS not even worth sharing” but decidedly very unusual activities this week.
