Bad grief !!

OMG, horrors!!  Even **if** I was able to normally get “a good night’s sleep,” I won’t sleep tonight. I lived in Southern California for numerous years of my life. I’m familiar with the communities. The fires are TERRIBLE!! I’ve been watching TV for two hours. I’m trembling, I’m crying, I’m praying. I can only imagine the devastation we will see tomorrow morning (actually, later this morning) when it is daylight. The TV news mentioned evacuating “senior living facilities.” I can only imagine the difficulty of that endeavor. I think about the Herculean task if residents had to leave this facility. So many folks that rely on their walkers. Several folks are confined to wheelchairs. A few individuals rely on oxygen. Even more catastrophic: Evacuating hospitals (in Southern California).
