Rescue me?

Two days, three days (?), I’ve lost track of time. My mind does not have an “off / on” switch. Night and day, I am trying to think of an alternate route to locate information for a presumed relative named Jacob Frantz. At this time, I must confess that I have been looking, unsuccessfully, for a needle in a haystack. I’ve had a tiger by the tail and can’t let go!
