Quest for accuracy

My brain doesn’t have an “off / on” switch. During the night, my mind keeps reviewing the events of the day. Sometimes I’m remembering events from decades ago. Example: (1) The Olympics in Paris, France, reminded me of the years I lived in Paris. (2) The years when I lived in Aurora, Colorado, and (3) extended periods of time spent in Springfield, Ohio. Oddly (?), I question whether I use words correctly. “Wakeless in Waco”  would have been inaccurate.
