Leap Day good news. My KIA had been neglected for almost four months but not a hint of a problem when driving ten miles from my “home” to my doctor’s appointment (on the 27th). Just a routine twice–a–year visit and I’m OK.
Then to Walmart for the recommended Covid booster. Several hours of browsing the aisles led to “impulse buying” which cost over $200.00 when I eventually checked out. I hadn’t shopped since early November.

The last time I drove the KIA, it was a trip to the RV Park for the “First Saturday of the Month Big Breakfast.” Sadly, no “big breakfast” because Mr. Red was reportedly in the hospital. Since November, I’ve called many times but no answer and no response to voice-mail messages. I posted this blog message several months ago. GOOD NEWS, Mr. Red called me and he is back home after surgery and rehab.
T
he reader would think I am sick if I didn’t “leap” into a discussion about “trees” (family trees). Recently, I’ve been in so many “groves of trees,” I can now state there are more than 105,000 individuals in my Ancestry database (and I’m related to most of them).
