OOPS !!

YESTERDAY afternoon, I attended a Valentine’s Day party in our retirement home. (I rarely attend activities because I’m in my apartment “climbing the family tree.”)  One Activity Director was stimulating interaction by asking questions about love (of the two dozen residents in attendance). “When was your first kiss?” When was the last time you said “I love you?”  Then the question “Who is your favorite celebrity?”  My answer: “My Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.”  The Activity Director said, “That’s not the answer we were looking for.”  A few minutes later the question of residents: “At what age and who was your first love?”  My answer: “Age four and I was in love with Jesus.”  Again the statement: “That’s not the answer we were looking for.”
