Yesterday, I had an extremely frustrating experience with my Bank. When I attempted to log in… “they” indicated that I was trying to log in from an unknown device. That was an error because I’ve used the same computer, and the same email provider, the entire time that I’ve had an account with that Bank. Everything I attempted ended in failure. Then I phoned Customer Service and was on the phone for almost an hour. That was an exercise in futility!! The woman gave me instructions which I followed exactly. Look at all the failed login messages that arrived in my email. FINALLY, after one hour and ten minutes (without the aid of Customer Service), I got into my account. I was able to go to Bill Pay and pay my bills.

If cookies get deleted or something updates, it will cause your computer not to recognize you. You should have been prompted for 2 party authentication which would be to respond to a text, a phone call, an email, or open on app on a smart phone. I understand that you may have a dumb phone so that’s a problem. To bad customer service was so useless.
